Delicate haddock fillets filled with a delicious garlic and cream sauce then rolled in crispy, crunchy breadcrumbs. Served with mixed leaves – and a slice of lemon. Squeeze as much or as little as you like.
Slow-cooked Pork with Apple and Cider Sauce
Gentle braising gives our pork shank a melt-in-the-mouth texture complemented by a cider sauce flavoured with caramelized shallots, apple slices and wholegrain mustard. Complete with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Grilled Pollock with Crayfish and Lemon Sauce
A grilled pollock fillet served with a creamy crayfish, lemon and dill sauce, new potatoes and seasonal vegetables. We select our pollock from sustainable sources.
Lemon and Blackberry Mousse
Our beautiful light lemon mousse with its soft, blackberry compote centre, comes with a tasty lemon glaze and a dusting of icing sugar – and goes wonderfully with vanilla ice cream.
Apricot Bread and Butter Pudding
Soft, sweet brioche layered with apricots and a luxurious custard. Served hot with your choice of custard, cream or ice cream.
